During my morning meditation, this question went through my mind ...
... If I had only one prayer I could say every day, which would I choose ...
... "I pray to heal my HeartCenter and GodSoul" ...
... or would I choose ...
... "I pray to nourish my HeartCenter and GodSoul"?
To heal or to nourish. Which do I choose. Or maybe both.
