Moments of Awareness (MoA) Collection

For me, this is a most exciting time to be alive ...
... not because of the bizarre chaos
... that taunts the people of Mother Earth every day.

You see, I’ve taken a quantum leap
... into a deeper dimension of self-awareness
... with life spectums up to now, I've only read about
... a world with "colors " I had never appreciated before.

I use these new gifts of awareness
... to live each day with a simple life purpose
... a purpose attuned to the unique meaning in each moment.

Giving me the freedom to nourish those around me and beyond ...
... with loving-kindness and compassion ...
... Heart to Heart, Soul to Soul.

You may feel a closeness to YourGod by what you know.

You may feel a closeness to YourGod by what you do.

You may feel a closeness to YourGod when you say "Thank You."

Knowing, Doing, Thanking ... all bring me closer to MyGod ...
and I feel blessed.

How does it feel to awake every morning ... and to be so all alone with just myself and my pillow as I lay in bed?

Oh yes, I am grateful that I have my God with me always ... and yes, my God somehow carries me through once again ... and again.

But there is no longer that warm silent touch or caring embrace each morning to sooth my heart and comfort my soul as I start my day … a touch that would let me know, that no matter what, all was OK.

And now I open my eyes to an empty room filled with sweet memories of those mystical days gone by … memories that will always be there for me to comfort my precious heart with a silent-knowing.

And tomorrow has arrived once more.

I am worthy.
I am worthy of love.
I am worthy of being loved.
I am worthy of loving.
I am loved.
I am LOVE.
Today and always ... I am worthy.

When I began to lose my fear of death ...
... I became more like the lion
... and began to live life in ways I never knew possible
... in freedom of Fear itself.

When feeling connected to Mother-Earth and Grandfather-Sky …
...was part of every day life.

I wonder if it still can be …
… or have we gone beyond this possibility?

In 2015 I was diagnosed with PTSD.
It took me 2 years to free myself of the emotional pain.

Then people began to ask me, "So what caused your PTSD?"
I did not know how to answer exactly until recently.

And I now profess with this simple answer ...
"My 'barrel-of-life-disappointments' overflowed and broke.
And what was in that barrel was my precious heart."

And now you know too.

Today, our American culture is moving toward a more violent one ...
... more than at any time in our American history.

So, I suggest ... based on the written "history-of-mankind " ...
... and knowing "history" patterns absolutely repeat
... observe and choose wisely.

Go in Peace.

Only when we "Know" each other ...
... can we feel safe and fully communicate
... Heart to Heart ... and Soul to Soul.

And at times, without words.

Going thru my notebook from 2021 ... I found this:

8-30-21 Monday RRK
MY BUCKET LIST
- take an overnight train trip
- take a road trip in an RV
- go fishing
- ride a horse

"Take an overnight train ride" loudly called out to me ...
... and without a doubt the one I'd like to do most.

Maybe I'd ride in coach or maybe a private room ...
... or maybe both.
And eating in the Diner ... and meeting people.

Yep, I'd like that a lot.

I always thought I was quite self-sufficient ...
... that I could "do it all" ... and needed "no-one".

And that's just how my life played out ...
with no-one at all.

Maybe it's not too late?
